Ashley Koff, co-author of “Mom Energy: A Simple Plan To Live Full Charged,” stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday to offer up some great tips to add a little pep in everyone’s step!

Here is Ashley’s recipe for an energy-boosting healthy smoothie…

Energy Smoothie (makes 3 servings)

2c Hemp Bliss unsweetened milk (or coconut water)

2 Tbs PF Nuttzo

2 servings chocolate hemp protein

1 scoop Sambazon acai powder

1 scoop CocoCeps powder

1 c organic frozen spinach

1 c organic frozen blueberries

2 Tbs Barleans blackberry omega swirl

2 Tbs Nibmor organic drinking chocolate

1 large or 2 small Dole banana (ripe)
